Tags MUST be on all returned items. All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be unworn, unwashed and smoke/deodorant free. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
Full product refunds and exchanges can be made for up to 90 days after purchase. After that time period, exchanges or returns for store credit may be made for up to 180 days. After 180 days, we are unable to accept any items.

FREE RETURNS: If you're local, feel free to bring your return to our storefront. We are open Monday-Thursday 9AM to 6PM, Friday 9AM to 5PM, and Saturday 10AM to 3PM. Online returns can only be processed Monday-Saturday in store.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the item, your order number, and a short description. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS: After the item has been worn, it’s yours for good. The Old School is not liable for damage that occurs after tags have been removed. As a small business, we have this policy in place to protect ourselves, and you, our customer. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item that shows any sign of wear.
